These terms govern your use of Habitary. By using the app, you agree to them; if you do not agree, do not use Habitary.
Service and eligibility
Habitary is a personal habit-tracking service. You must be old enough to accept these terms under the rules of your country or use the service with permission from a parent or guardian.
Licence and acceptable use
Habitary grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app. You may not misuse the service, bypass security, disrupt its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited or use it for unlawful purposes.
Health notice
Habitary supports personal organisation only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice. Do not rely on the app for diagnosis, treatment or emergencies.
Your content
You are responsible for habits, notes, tags, profile information and other content you create. You agree that you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate the law or another person’s rights.
Accounts and deletion
An account is optional. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in provider and account. You can delete your online Habitary account from the Profile screen. Local habit data remains on your device unless you separately delete it or remove the app.
Intellectual property
Habitary’s original design, software, brand and included content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to keep Habitary reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You should separately back up important information.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Habitary is provided as available. These terms do not exclude consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and updates
You may stop using Habitary at any time. Access may be limited in cases of serious misuse or legal necessity. Material changes to these terms will be published with a new effective date.
